The order dated 8th October, 2018 records that the defendant company is in liquidation. The counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff has already made its claims before the official liquidator. 2.

Once it is so, keeping this suit pending and adjourned sine die, as ordered on 5th April, 2018, is of no avail and the remedy of the plaintiff will be before the official liquidator only.

Recording the aforesaid, the suit is disposed of. 4.

The counsel for plaintiff seeks refund of court fees. 5.
