The applicant has filed the present review petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(i) to pass an order reviewing the judgment dated 23.04.2017 considering the Prayer (ii) of the petition wherein the Petitioner has prayed before this Hon'ble Court to remand the matter to a third Party neutral arbitrator for the reconsideration of the present dispute, in accordance with law" 2.

The present petition is unmerited, as the relief of reference of the disputes to an arbitrator does not fall within the scope of Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 which is limited to considering the application for setting aside of an arbitral award. 3.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
