% 08.09.2016 The present appeal assails the judgment and decree dated 17.02.2016, passed by the ADJ, West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CS No.248/14, titled "S. Tarmohan Singh vs. Harvinder Kaur", whereby the said suit for possession, arrears of rent, mesne profits, damages and permanent injunction filed by the respondent herein has been decreed against the appellant. None appears on behalf of the appellant. There was no appearance on behalf of the appellant on 01.09.2016, the last date of hearing as well. The appeal and the pending application are dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
