This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the present review petition. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is condoned. Application is disposed of.

Review Pet. 8/2020 (seeking review of order dated 19.09.2019) 2.

This petition seeks review of the order dated 19th September, 2019. The ground on which the review is sought is the statement of one Shri. Jaswant Singh, an officer of the Slum Department, who states that the occupants of the shops are unauthorized occupants. Ld. counsel submits that in view thereof, the landlord-tenant relationship is not established. 3.

In the very statement relied upon by the Petitioner, the said officer of the Slum Department admits that the survey report shows the Petitioner as the tenant. In view thereof, there is no error apparent on the face of the

record or any ground for entertaining a review in this matter. 4.

Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed. All pending applications are also disposed of.
