% 22.04.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over copy of the communication to the learned counsel for the petitioner in which it is agreeable on behalf of the respondents to appoint a sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties within the period of 30 days. Counsel for the petitioner is agreeable and submits that in view of statement made by the respondents, the petitioner is not pressing this petition. Subject to above, the present petition is disposed of. In case the sole Arbitrator is not appointed by the respondents within the period of 30 days, the liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application for appointment of the Arbitrator by the Court. Dasti to both the parties.
