The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereafter 'the Act'), inter alia, praying that the respondent be restrained from directly or indirectly disposing of, alienating, encumbering or creating third party interest in the property bearing No.71, Poorvi Marg, Vasant Vihar. 2.
By an ad interim order dated 03.06.2016, this Court had directed the respondent to maintain status quo with regard to the title and possession of the aforementioned property. Since the Arbitrator has been appointed, it is directed that the present petition be considered by the Arbitrator as an application under Section 17 of the Act.

The parties shall file copies of the order as well as this petition before the Arbitrator within a period of one week from today. The respondent is O.M.P. (I) 13/2016 & IA No. 7401/2016
also at liberty to approach the Arbitrator for an urgent hearing of the application. The ad interim order passed on 03.06.2016 shall continue till further orders are passed by the Arbitrator and will be subject to the order(s) so passed.
