W.P.(C) No.5595/2016 & CM No.23261/2016 (stay) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is virtually seeking stay of judicial proceedings pending on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi. No such relief can be granted at the instance of a third party to the proceedings. At any rate, we do not find any element of public interest so as to entertain the petition filed as PIL.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
