% 02.06.2016 Crl.M.A. 9460/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Crl.M.C. 2250/2016 & Crl.M.A. 9459/2016 (Stay) The present petition has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 27.05.2016 passed by the Court below vide which the matter has been adjourned to 19.11.2016.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that if the petitioner/complainant wishes to compound the offences against the accused persons then he should be entertained by the Court below even during the pendency of this petition before 09.11.2016. It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the respondent no.1 and 4 have already been served.

In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the order dated 27.05.2016 adjourning the matter to

09.11.2016 would not come in the way if both the parties move a joint application during the period in between.

The present petition and application are disposed of accordingly.
