W.P.(C) 5956/2016 & CM No. 24539/2016(stay) The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the directions passed by this Court on 28th July, 2016, the Tribunal has failed to decide the stay application pending before the Tribunal. He has drawn the attention of this court to an order passed by the learned Division Bench of this court dated 28th July, 2015, wherein, the Tribunal was requested to make an W.P.(C) 5956/2016
endeavour to hear the stay application at the first instance as expeditiously as possible.

Learned counsels accept notice for respondents respectively.
We have heard learned counsels for the parties. It seems that the direction issued by this court on 28th July, 2015 has escaped the attention of learned Tribunal. We again request the Tribunal to hear the stay application on the next date of hearing fixed before it i.e. 18th July, 2016 and pass an order within the month of July itself on the stay application. All the parties are directed to cooperate before the Tribunal.
The writ petition and the application are disposed of in the above terms.
