% 10.09.2015 Vide order dated 28th May, 2014 defendant was proceeded against exparte and the matter was listed before the Joint Registrar for 22nd July, 2014 for ex-parte evidence.

However, despite several opportunities granted by the learned Joint Registrar to the plaintiff, evidence by way of affidavit has not been filed, inasmuch as, plaintiff has remained unrepresented on 18th November, 2014, 16th January, 2015 and 24th August, 2015. Even today, no one appears for the plaintiff.

Suit is dismissed in default.
