The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the respondent No.1 has complied with the direction given by this Court on the previous occasion. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the online petition has been removed from the respondent No.1's website. As such, nothing further remains to be done in the present appeal inasmuch as the contesting parties, being the appellant on the one side and the respondent No.2 on the other side, are before the learned Single Judge insofar as the other issues are concerned.

The appeal stands disposed of.
