% 11.07.2016 Matter has been taken up today in view of notification no. 1078/G4/Genl./DHC dated 6th July, 2016 of this Court. During the course of hearing prayer for interim bail has not been pressed.

The only prayer made is that petitioner be sent to meet his ailing mother in custody. Petitioner is in jail for last nine months. State has verified the fact that the mother of petitioner is ill. Petitioner has two sisters. In the above facts, it is ordered that petitioner be taken in custody to his mother's house to enable him to meet his ailing mother, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on 18th July, 2016.

Bail application is disposed of with the above directions. Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for compliance. A.K. PATHAK, J.
