% 21.05.2015 Petitioner is not the resident of Delhi.

Vide order dated 8th April, 2015 petitioner was directed to furnish the Delhi address, where he would be staying during the parole period. Delhi address has not been filed. For the purpose of filing a Special Leave Petition, petitioner will have to stay in Delhi.

Since no Delhi address has been filed, I am not inclined to grant parole to the petitioner on the ground of filing a Special Leave Petition. Dismissed.
