% 19.02.2020 The learned counsel for the Department of Education states that each of the petitioners had appeared before the said Department and had accepted the calculation worked out by the Department and the school. Therefore, no separate calculation was filed as they were satisfied with the payments already made to them by the school.

Let an affidavit in this regard be filed by the Department of Education. The monies calculated by the management and monies already deposited apropos the petitioner. If not already released, it shall be released to them alongwith interest accrued thereon, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
