% 01.09.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the permanent blacklisting order dated 06th February, 2012 on the ground of subsequent developments such as decision of Arbitral Tribunal in favour of the petitioner as well as the closure of CBI inquiry. A perusal of the paper book reveals that the order of blacklisting is for an indefinite period. The Supreme Court in Kulja Industries Limited vs. Chief General Manager, Western Telecom Project Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and Ors., (2014) 14 SCC 731 has held that an order for blacklisting

cannot be a permanent one.

Consequently, respondent no.1 is directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation to be decided within a period of eight weeks in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, present writ petition is disposed of.
