The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC seeking the following relief:-
1. Call for the records of impugned conditional order dated 29.04.2015, bearing F. No. SDM/KJ/2016/7058, passed in P.S. Joher, Khajinder Singh v/s. Dr. Minu Arora and impugned order dated 13.05.2016, bearing no. F. No. SDM/KJ/2016/7529 in State vs. P.S. Joher, Khajinder Singh & Dr. Minu Arora, pending in the court of the Respondent No.2 i.e. Shailendra Kumar Singh and quash the same and all proceedings emanating there from; and/or 2.
The learned Standing Counsel for State submits that the conditional order dated 29.04.2016 was passed under Section 145 CrPC and thereafter, a notice was also issued to all the concerned parties on 13.05.2016, in respect of a dispute regarding Plot J-1849, Ground Floor, First Floor and Third Floor, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi -110019.

The learned Standing Counsel on instructions from the I.O, submits that since the conditional order, as well as, notice is of the year 2016 and the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. parties have maintained peace and there are no complaints after that, the present petition has been rendered infructous. The statement is taken on record.

In view of the above statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition.
