% 05.12.2018 Parties submit that the disputes have been settled outside Court. The last payment has also been encashed on 27th November, 2018. The Plaintiff wishes to withdraw the present suit.

The Plaintiff is present in person. Defendants are also present. All of them confirm that the disputes stand settled amicably. The suit is disposed of as withdrawn.

In this view of the matter, 50% of the Court fee is refunded to the Plaintiff.
