% 18.01.2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in pursuance of the settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2023. The respondent company has already paid the entire amount to the petitioner and petitioner has received the same. It is submitted that in view of the said settlement nothing left in the instant Writ Petition.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the management has also supported the agreement which has been advanced by the learned counselfor the petitioner before the Court.
I am heard both the parties and perused the settlement agreement dated 22nd December, 2023 which is on record and considering the payment of entire amount by the management/respondent.
