In terms of the aforenoted settlement, parties have agreed that defendant No.1 and defendant No.3 be deleted from the array of parties. They accordingly be deleted from the array of parties. This settlement has been arrived at between the plaintiff and defendant No.2 and the substance of the settlement finds mention in paras 4 & 6 of the aforenoted application. Parties shall be bound by the terms of the said settlement which is marked as Ex.P-1. Application disposed of.

CS(COMM) 700/2016 & I.A. Nos.7201/2016, 13634/2016, 13635/2016, 13647/2016, 13654/2016 & 4117/2017 The suit of the plaintiff stands decreed in terms of the aforenoted application. All other applications have become infructuous and are accordingly disposed of.
