O R D E R

% 26.10.2016 The medical report dated 13.10.2016 from the office of the Senior Medical Officer, Central Jail No.5, Tihar, New Delhi has been received, which shows that the petitioner was taken to Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon and a surgery has been planned in the first week of November 2016. In view of the aforesaid position, Ms. Rao fairly does not oppose the petition for grant of parole to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on parole for a period of two months to enable him to undergo surgery at Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon. He shall be released on parole upon furnishing of personal bond

with one surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. He shall provide his mobile phone number at the time of his release, which shall be kept in working condition at all times and shall not be changed without prior intimation to the Court. He shall not leave the National Capital Region (NCR). He shall duly surrender at the end of the parole period.
