% 15.07.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks furlough on the ground of maintaining social ties during Eid festival. Eid festival is over. As regards maintaining social ties is concerned, a perusal of nominal roll shows that petitioner was released on parole with effect from 29th February, 2016 to 28th March, 2016. Since petitioner was released on parole three months ago, no ground is made out to grant him furlough.

Writ petition is dismissed.
