% 19.09.2018 Petitioner claims that an Application was made to third respondent-SDM Karawal Nagar, Delhi for demarcation of Khasra Number 165 measuring about 1100 square yards situated in village Sabhapur Chauhan Patti Shahdara, Delhi. Copy of said application (Annexure-B) bears the date of acknowledgement of 26th April, 2018. Learned counsel for respondents submits that if the said Application is still pending, then it would be positively dealt with, within a period of twelve weeks.

In view of the stand taken as aforesaid, this petition and applications are disposed of with direction to third respondent to pass a speaking order on petitioner's Application (Annexure-B) within a period of twelve weeks, if not already done. The fate of Application (AnnexureB) be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that he may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. W.P.(C) 6892/2018

With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are accordingly disposed of.
