% 04.10.2016 Learned APP for the State points out that the co-accused Veer is absconding and has not been impleaded as party. Considering the allegations against the petitioner that the petitioner was involved with the co-accused in the theft of one gold set, digital camera and Rs.45,000/- cash and was apprehended at the spot, I do not find it to be a fit case for quashing on the basis of compromise. Petition is dismissed.
