% 01.06.2016 This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner who claims to be having a live in relation with Preeti Kashyap. As per the petition, Preeti Kashyap, respondent no.4 who is a major, is being illegally detained by her father. Preeti Kashyap is present in Court. She submits that she has already left her parental home and has voluntarily decided to reside with the petitioner. The petitioner, who is present in Court, submits that he would be responsible for the well-being of Preeti Kashyap. The petitioner, accordingly, submits that that the petition has become infructuous.
