% 05.09.2018 The petitioner, is posted as PGT (Biology) in JNV at Uttarkashi. In the enquiry report dated 30th October, 2012, by which the petitioner is aggrieved has been passed by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Regional Office, Lucknow.

Clearly, no part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this court, and none of the respondents, against whom the relief contained in this petition are effectively directed, is within the jurisdiction of this court. Even the petitioner is situated outside the jurisdiction of this court.

As such, this court lacks territorial jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition.
