1. Along with reply filed by Respondent Nos. 1 and 3, an order passed by the learned Arbitrator on 7th November 2015 dropping the proceeding against Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 has been filed. There is no challenge to the said order of the learned Arbitrator.

2. The question of any interim relief being qua Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in the present petition does not arise.

3. Any further interim relief against the remaining Respondent No. 2 can be sought by the Petitioner in the arbitral proceedings in accordance with law. No further directions are called for.

4. The petition is disposed of.
