2. The Petitioner's request for refund for the 4th quarter of 2013-14 has not yet been processed. Mr Satyakam assures the Court within the period of four weeks from today, the Petitioner's application would be processed by the Department of Trade and Taxes and the admissible amount of refund together with interest will be released to the Petitioner.
