% 10.05.2016 CM Appl. No. 17622/2016 This is an application under Section 151 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of the petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

W.P. (C) No. 13294/2009 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following prayers:- (i) To quash and set aside the appointment / promotion of respondent Nos. 4 to 7 being contrary to rules. (ii) To direct the respondents to consider the claim of applicant for promotion to the post of Librarian Grade-Ii by holding year-

wise DPCs.

(iii) To direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Librarian Grade-II from due date with all consequential benefits including arrears of pay.

Mr. Aaditya Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner and aforesaid application for withdrawal, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
