Vide order dated 30.01.2025, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- "2. In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek revival of the same as and when need arises. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
3. The amount deposited by the petitioner in compliance with order dated 06.07.2018 be released to the petitioner and for that purpose, petitioner shall appear before the Registrar General on 06.02.2025."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner is not available today for the purposes of recording of his statement. 3.
At request, list the matter for appearance of the petitioner and also for recording of his statement on 05.03.2025.
