% 19.01.2016 Petitioner is owner of property no. B-70, Gujranwala Town, Part - I, Delhi - 110009. There is a temple adjoining the petitioner's property known as Hari Temple. There is a passage between petitioner's property and the said temple, that is, respondent nos. 1 and 2. Petitioner has filed this writ petition mainly with the prayer that illegal shed which has been raised on the passage by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 be directed to be removed by the respondent no.3.

Status report has been filed wherein it has been categorically stated that aforementioned shed has already been removed from the passage.

Photographs have been filed by the respondent no. 3 which indicate that passage is clear now. Photographs have also been filed by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to support this contention, inasmuch as, counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that no obstructions would be caused to the passage in future by putting any articles, goods etc.

In view of above facts and circumstances, writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. A.K. PATHAK, J.
