Having regard to the evidence which has been gathered and includes the statement of the prosecutrix under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the same revealing, inter alia, the complicity of the applicant in making the prosecutrix available to another co-accused, described as his employee, who in turn subjected her to sexual penetrative assault, the act constituting prima facie offence punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, this is not a fit case for release of the applicant to bail at this stage of the process.
The application is dismissed.
