O R D E R

% 15.12.2017 The parties have arrived at a settlement and a settlement agreement dated 27th November, 2017 has been executed between them. The counsel for the Judgment Debtor has handed over the following cheques drawn on HDFC Bank to the Decree Holder in terms of the settlement agreement.

i) Cheque No. 002569 dated 30th November, 2017 for Rs.11,70,000/-; ii) Cheque No. 002570 dated 15th December, 2017 for Rs.12,60,000/-; iii) Cheque No. 002572 dated 15th January, 2018 for Rs.12,60,000/-;& iv) Cheque No. 002573 dated 15th February, 2018 for Rs.12,60,000/-. Counsel for the Judgment Debtor submits on instructions that the cheques which have been handed over today to the Decree Holder would be duly honoured upon presentation. In view of the settlement, the attachment order dated 3rd August, 2016 shall stand vacated.

The present execution petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 27th November, 2017, taking the same on record and binding the parties to comply with the terms thereof. Dasti.
