% 15.12.2016 Mr. Mann states that the petitioner has appeared before the Court at Chandigarh and has been granted anticipatory bail. Mr. Hariharan submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the Court and submitted his bail bonds.

In view of the aforesaid Mr. Mann states that the LOC shall be withdrawn. He states that the ministerial act shall be completed within a week.
