% 20.09.2017 The prayer made in the petition has been perused. It is largely boarded on the communication dated 25.05.2015 issued by respondent No.3. In the counter affidavit of respondent No.3, it has categorically been stated that this letter/communication dated 25.05.2015 now stands cancelled vide a communication dated 05.06.2017. The communication dated 05.06.2017 has been separately challenged by Urdu Education Board in W.P.(C) No.6570/2017 which is now listed before this Court on 20.11.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He however submits that there is an interim order enuring in favour of the present petitioner (dated 03.06.2016) by virtue of which the petitioner had been accorded an admission which order was to continue till the disposal of this writ petition. Learned

counsel for the petitioner submits that in case he is successful in W.P.(C) No.6570/2017, the benefit of that must enure in favour of the petitioner also. The respondents have no objection to the same. Ordered accordingly.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
