In view of the foregoing, the caveat hereby stands discharged. CM No. 23609/2016 (Exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. The application is disposed of accordingly.
LPA 390/2016 The present letters patent appeal assails an interlocutory order dated 18th May, 2016 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 3114/2016 titled Magic Sewa Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. vs. GNCTD.
The solitary grievance of the appellants is that the official respondent i.e.
GNCTD is not implementing the stipulations contained in the Notification dated 20th June, 2013 issued by the Transport Department, Government of National Capital Territory, Delhi.
Mr. Peeyosh Kalra, learned Standing Counsel appearing on advance notice on behalf of GNCTD, on instructions from Mr. Suresh Meena, Deputy Commissioner, Transport Department, Delhi, states that the said Notification dated 20th June, 2013 is being strictly enforced and violations thereof are being proceeded against in accordance with law.
In view of the foregoing statement made on behalf of the official respondent i.e. GNCTD, Mr. Sumit Kumar Modi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present letters patent appeal at this stage.
Leave granted.
The present letters patent appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
