% 10.06.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondents in allotting the slot originally allotted to someone else. The petitioner has already filed an appeal dated 25.05.2015. One of the grievances of the petitioner is that the said appeal is not being disposed of.
Learned counsel for the respondent assures that the appeal filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of by a speaking order after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. Respondent shall communicate to the petitioner the date and time of personal hearing at least one week prior to the hearing. The appeal filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of within six weeks from today by a speaking order.
The petition as well as applications are disposed of. Needless to state
