% 15.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 18th March, 2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 6691/2013 whereby the petitioner's writ petition was directed to be treated as a representation to be decided by DUSIB within twelve weeks.

Learned counsel for respondent-DUSIB has handed over a photo copy of the order dated 10th March, 2017 by virtue of which the petitioner's writ petition was treated as a representation and disposed of. A copy of the same is taken on record.
