% 11.10.2017 The present case has been listed upon office note for dismissal for non-prosecution. The office note shows that this case was filed way back on 31st May, 2016 vide Diary No.160875/2016. Office objections were specified. In terms of Rule 5, sub-rules (1) and (2), Part-A(a), Chapter-1 of Volume V of Delhi High Court Rules, Practice and Procedure, objections are required to be removed within a period of 30 days, failing which, the case shall be listed before court for dismissal for non prosecution.

The objections have not been removed till date. Learned counsel for the plaintiff prays for some more time to remove the

objections.
