% 08.07.2016 File taken up today as 07.7.2016 was declared a holiday. Admittedly the present petitioner is not owner of the suit property. He is a tenant in the suit property. He has filed the complaints dated 04.12.2015 & 08.12.2015 before the concerned SHO as also Deputy Commissioner. His grievance is that no action has been taken by the Statutory Authority i.e. NDMC in the present petition. Copy of the petition has been furnished to the learned counsel for the respondent. The Department shall take appropriate action on the aforenoted complaints as per law within an outer limited of four weeks from today.
