The appeal filed by the appellant was allowed by judgment dated 05.12.2024 and the modified judgment dated 20.01.2025. The compensation amount is stated to have been deposited before the learned Tribunal. The award was passed way back in the year 2012.

The Tribunal is, therefore, directed to release the entire compensation amount in favour of claimants after verification of their identity.
