% 26.02.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties invite our attention to the settlement agreement dated 23.02.2018 entered into by and between them with the aid and assistance of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Learned counsel for the parties further urge that the present proceedings may be disposed off in terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 23.02.2018.

The Settlement Agreement dated 23.02.2018 is taken on record and accepted as the same is lawful.

The appeal is disposed off as settled in terms of the said

Settlement Agreement dated 23.02.2018, having the parties to abide by their respective obligations thereunder without demur. The application is disposed off accordingly.
