After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the appellant will exactly get two opportunities for evidence in affirmative of two witnesses being the appellant/plaintiff himself and one Sh. Raj Kumar who is the person who is said to have sold the property to the appellant/plaintiff. Of course, any official witnesses can be summoned by the appellant/plaintiff but limited to the extent that such official witnesses will produce the record and which are to be proved either through the appellant/plaintiff or Sh. Raj Kumar. Appellant/plaintiff will also pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- as costs to counsel for respondent nos. 1, 3 and 4 within a period of four weeks from today.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.

Parties to appear before the District and Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 17th September, 2018 and the District and Sessions Judge will now mark the suit for disposal to a competent court in accordance with law and the observations made in the present order.
