% 24.06.2016 Petitioner is neighbour of the complainant.
A quarrel took place between the neighbours on a trivial issue of leakage of water from the water cooler resulting into scuffle and beatings. Petitioner as well as the complainant party sustained injuries. The cross FIRs have been registered. All the injured persons in the FIR have already been discharged from the hospital.
Two have sustained simple injuries whereas of Bimla Devi is stated to have suffered grievous injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that injury of Bimla Devi has been opined grievous on account of the fracture of fourth finger of her right hand. Petitioner is in custody for about two months. Keeping in mind the totality of the circumstance, petitioner is released
on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Application is disposed of.
