% 22.07.2016 The petitioner, who appears in person states he had earlier approached the Supreme Court by way of a writ petition being W.P.(C) No.219/2016, which petition was withdrawn by the petitioner, to approach the High Court for appropriate remedy. According to him, it is pursuant thereto, the present petition has been filed. He states, the representation made by him at pages 31 and 32 be considered and replied to.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the same shall be done within a period of four weeks. Noting the above, the petition is disposed of.
