Vide order dated 12.07.2016, the petitioner was granted two weeks parole from the date of release, on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. 2.

Present application has been moved by the petitioner for reduction of surety amount. Considering the gravity of the offence, I find no sufficient ground for reduction in the surety amount. 3.

The application is dismissed.
