Pursuant to such settlement, keys of the subject premises have been handed over to the learned counsel for respondent by the petitioner. The respondent has agreed to waive off all the dues / arrears of user charges and other claims etc in terms of order dated 19.02.2019 of this Court.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the petition and pending application, if any, stands disposed of having been withdrawn/settled. Both the parties shall remain bound by their statements/undertakings. No order as to costs.

The date of 26.07.2019 stands cancelled.
