% 12.07.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to arrange funds for his son who is studying in Tallin (Estonia). Son of the petitioner has gone to Estonia one year ago. It may be noted that petitioner has availed parole from 05/04/16 to 03/05/16. He has surrendered only on 3rd May, 2016. Sufficient time was available with the petitioner to arrange funds for his son. Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on parole after one month of his availing the earlier parole. Writ petition is dismissed.
