The counsel for the plaintiff and the counsel for the two defendants Mr. Amarjeet Singh and Tera-Hi-Tera Foods Private Limited state that the dispute subject matter of this suit has been amicably settled between the parties and the application is signed by the authorised representative of the plaintiff and by the defendant No.1 as well as by the authorised representative of the defendant No.2 and is also supported by the affidavits of the said persons. It is further stated that the defendant No.1 and Mr. Harjeet Singh, Director of the defendant No.2 Tera-Hi-Tera Foods Private Limited are also present in the Court.

I have perused the contents of the application and find the compromise / settlement arrived at between the parties to be lawful. 3.

The counsel for the defendants states that the defendants have today handed over a pay order for a sum of Rs.1.50 lakhs in favour of the plaintiff in terms of the compromise. The counsel for plaintiff confirms. 4.

The application is allowed.

The suit is decreed in terms of prayer paragraph 42 (a) to (d), (g) & (h) of the plaint and in terms of the compromise application which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Decree sheet be drawn up.
