Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.486/2014 registered under Sections 323/324/452/506/34 IPC & Section 27 Arms Act at PS Vasant Kunj North. It is stated that the matter has been settled amicably with the complainant / respondent No.2.

Complainant / respondent No.2 is present with counsel and has been identified by his counsel. I have enquired from the complainant if he has settled the dispute with the petitioner amicably without any fear or pressure. He has informed that all the disputes between the parties have b3een resolved amicably with his free consent and he has no objection to the quashing of the FIR in question. CRL.M.C. 2437/2016

It is relevant to note that there was cross FIR No.485/2014 registered under Sections 324/307/34 IPC and Section 27 Arms Act at PS Vasant Kunj.
Both the parties filed Crl.M.C. 4758/2014, 4662/2014, 5711/2014 & 5713/2014 for quashing of the said FIRs. By an order dated 29.05.2015 the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had quashed both the FIRs qua the petitioners therein. 4.
It is informed that the present petitioner could not be impleaded due to inadvertence in the said proceedings.

The petition is supported by affidavits of the parties. Since the dispute between the parties has been settled and the FIRs qua other co-accused persons have already been quashed by an order dated 29.05.2015 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, no useful purpose will be served to continue with the proceedings. In the interest of justice and to enable the parties to put an end to the litigation, FIR No.486/2014 registered under Sections 323/324/452/506/34 IPC & Section 27 Arms Act at PS Vasant Kunj North and all the proceedings arising therefrom are quashed qua the present petitioner. 6.
The petitioner is directed to deposit ` 10,000/- as costs in the Prime Minister Relief Fund within two weeks. Registry shall ensure its compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
