% 29.08.2016 Learned counsel for respondent no.1 states that in terms of the earlier directions passed by this Court on 25.7.2016 his instructions are that the demolition programme is fixed for 17.9.2016 and all actions will be taken in accordance with law. Learned counsel appearing for private respondents i.e. respondent nos.3 and 4 states that he has already filed an application seeking regularization of his property. That apart he submits that petitioner is at fault as his property is illegally constructed for which the respondent no.1 should take appropriate action. The respondent no.1 shall look into the property of the

petitioner and if there is an alleged deviation as pointed out by the private respondent, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

Petition disposed of.
